Powerboat Training

Have you ever wanted to experience helming a powerboat yourself? We are agents for Humber Rescue who provide powerboat ‘taster’ sessions as well as RYA Powerboat Level 1, Level 2, Intermediate, Advanced and Tender Operator courses from their base under the iconic Humber Bridge.

Powerboat ‘Taster’ Sessions (£50 inc. VAT) last 30 minutes, and you will be at the controls for almost all of the time, under the supervision of a qualified RYA Powerboat instructor.

Minimum age: 8 years. (N.B. this only applies to participants, younger passengers can be accommodated).

Prerequisites: none.

Powerboat Level 1 courses (£175 inc. VAT) are 1 day in duration, and are aimed primarily at people who would like to be able to assist more experienced powerboaters.
